1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Garda Footwear (ABN 13 433 739 380) ("Garda"), in collaboration with Custom Podiatry Services ("CPS").

2. Competition Period

The competition opens at [time] ACDT on Monday 12 October 2026 and closes at [time] ACDT on Sunday 18 October 2026 ("Competition Period").

Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to South Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees and immediate family members of Garda Footwear and Custom Podiatry Services, and any persons directly involved in the conduct of the competition, are not eligible to enter.

As part of the prize must be redeemed in person at Custom Podiatry Services in Adelaide, entrants must be able to attend the clinic to redeem this component of the prize.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible entrants must complete and submit the competition entry form on the Garda Footwear competition landing page during the Competition Period.

Entrants will be required to provide their first name, last name, email address and postcode.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Limit of one entry per person. Incomplete, duplicate, automated or fraudulent entries may be deemed invalid.

5. Prize

One winner will receive a prize package valued at approximately $1,446, comprising:

Garda Footwear — $1,000 Footwear Wardrobe

A $1,000 Garda Footwear wardrobe, redeemable against Garda Footwear products.

The footwear component is subject to product and size availability and is not redeemable for cash.

Custom Podiatry Services — Foot Care Package valued at $446

The package includes:

• One Initial Comprehensive Consultation including a medical pedicure, valued at $180;
• One 500ml pump of Restorate foot cream, valued at $45; and
• One Dazzle Dry nail polish system kit, valued at $221.

The Custom Podiatry Services component must be redeemed through Custom Podiatry Services in Adelaide, South Australia and is subject to appointment availability.

The total advertised prize value is approximately $1,446 AUD.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash except where required by law.

6. Prize Draw

The winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

The draw will take place on Monday 19th October 2016 at Garda Footwear.

Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning. The winner does not need to be present at the draw.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the email address supplied with their entry within seven days of the draw. The winner may be required to provide reasonable evidence confirming their identity and South Australian residency before the prize is awarded. Please note that the winner phone call will be filmed for social media purposes.

If the selected entrant is ineligible, cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within the required period, Garda Footwear may conduct an unclaimed prize draw in accordance with applicable requirements.

8. Marketing Consent and Sharing of Information

By submitting an entry, entrants acknowledge and agree that the personal information provided through the competition entry form will be collected by Garda Footwear and shared with Custom Podiatry Services for the purposes of administering the competition and providing marketing communications.

By entering, entrants consent to receiving marketing communications from both Garda Footwear and Custom Podiatry Services, including news, information, promotions, offers, products and services from each business.

Garda Footwear and Custom Podiatry Services will each manage their own marketing communications and subscriber databases.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications from either business at any time using the unsubscribe facility provided in the relevant communication.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications after entering will not invalidate an otherwise valid competition entry.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this competition will be used for the administration of the competition, verification of eligibility, selection and notification of the winner, delivery of the prize and the marketing purposes described above.

By entering, entrants acknowledge that their entry information will be provided to both Garda Footwear and Custom Podiatry Services.

Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the respective privacy policies of Garda Footwear and Custom Podiatry Services.

10. General

Garda Footwear reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

If the competition cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances outside the reasonable control of Garda Footwear, Garda Footwear may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Garda Footwear and Custom Podiatry Services will not be responsible for loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance or use of the prize, except for liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

The competition is governed by the laws of South Australia.
