Seasonal Sales Associates – Casual
We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Seasonal Sales Associates to join our teams during our busy November and December trading period.
Positions Available
- Garda – 1 position
- Shouz Burnside Village – 2 positions
- Shouz Norwood – 1 position
About You
- Must have full availability throughout November and December, including Thursday nights, weekends and peak trading periods
- Previous retail experience is highly regarded
- Confident providing outstanding customer service
- Friendly, reliable and approachable
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced retail environment
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Duties Include
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Assisting customers with product selection, fit and styling
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Merchandising and maintaining store presentation
- Stock unpacking and replenishment
- General stock handling
- Supporting the wider store team during busy trading periods
- Packing online orders where required
- General store and administrative duties
